摘要: The influence of cation substitution on the Curie temperature and magnetocapacitance in doped magnetic relaxor ferroelectrics CdCr2S4 is investigated within framework spherical random-bond-random-field model for ferroelectric sublattice Heisenberg sublattice. site-dilution also introduced to describe doping effect. A-site Cd by Fe Cd1−xFexCr2S4 found increase significantly value temperature, which well agrees with experimental results. Additionally, ions play a crucial role fluctuation spin-pair correlation magnetocapacitive response.
