摘要: Ectopic xenografting of testis is a feasible option for preservation male fertility and angiogenesis plays pivotal role in xenograft survival functionality. When compared to immature testis, the adult unable establish functional xenografts due potentially lower efficiency induce angiogenesis. The precise molecular mechanism, however, remains elusive. In present study, we survival, maturation germ cell differentiation. Further, evaluated differential expression signalling-specific proteins their xenografts. Results showed that degenerated whereas survived established spermatogenesis with production haploid cells. Protein analysis demonstrated were able either through eNOS activation via VEGF PI3K/AKT or EGFR-mediated STAT3 pathway. ERK/MAPK pathway was ruled out. absence reduced angiogenesis-specific its possibly resulted poor subsequent degeneration. This study provides insight into mechanism can be utilized augment efficiency.
