摘要: To evaluate ocular fundus biological changes after scleral collagen cross-linking (CXL) with riboflavin/ ultraviolet A (UVA) on rhesus monkeys in vivo by analyzing retina and choroid parameters. Six 3-year-old male (12 eyes) were observed this study, CXL procedures applied superior temporal equatorial sclera random eyes of all rhesus. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) optical angiography (OCTA) examination performed before 1 week, month, 3 months 6 CXL. The thickness the flow density retinal superficial vascular networks analyzed respectively different regions As for networks, no statistical difference was noted between control at day, 1week, (P>0.05). Among parameters, choroidal 1500μm to fovea center revealed a significant reduction week postoperatively (P 0.05). nearby crosslinked region may change temporarily following CXL, it might recover gradually month postoperatively. not affected Further study should be potential adverse effects direct vicinity application site long-term effect clinical application.
