摘要: Abstract In the Netherlands, several measures were implemented to curb emissions of non-CO2 greenhouse (NCG) gases in period 1990–2003. Without implementation these reduction measures, NCG 2003 would have been 11 million tonnes CO2-eq. higher. Policies which already place before specific gas policies introduced, are predominantly responsible for reductions achieved so far. Roughly 80% Netherlands can be attributed policies, and 20% a Dutch Reduction Plan on that was introduced 2000.
