摘要: Female yellow perch Perca flavescens exposed to three overwinter temperature regimes (4, 8 and 13° C) for 150 days spawned in markedly different proportions upon spring warming (37% of females 4° C v. 64 91% 13° C treatments, respectively), but exhibited no differences fecundity, egg size or lipid content. Females held at also less within-clutch variation than 13° C. Moreover, eggs differed among treatments the overall 18 fatty acids, with colder resulting potentially higher quality containing more unsaturated acids C16:1, C22:6-n3 C18:2 cis. somatic condition varied temperature. Maternal growth protein content increased while decreased compared treatments. There were, however, acid composition maternal muscle. These results suggest that temperatures experienced during winter may be influential P. number, which exhibit relatively little plasticity this species, can alter both number spawn tissues, have implications future reproductive success.
