摘要: Where possible, automation has been a common response of humankind to many activities that have be repeated numerous times. The routine identification specimens previously described species the characteristics other automated, and poses major constraint on studies in areas both pure applied biology. In this paper, we consider some reasons why automated not become widely employed, whether it is realistic option, addressing notions too difficult, threatening, different or costly. Although recognizing there are very real technical obstacles yet overcome, argue progress development extremely encouraging such an approach potential make valuable contribution reducing burden identifications. Vision enterprise perhaps more limiting at present than practical constraints what might possibly achieved.
