摘要: The pathogenesis of gastric cancer is not completely understood. Tumor necrosis factor-α-induced protein-8 like-2 (TIPE2) has recently been identified as a novel negative regulator gene the immune system, and studies in mice humans have suggested its inhibitory action both inflammation cancer. In this study, we examined expression levels TIPE2 human tissues also samples paraneoplastic control tissue, found that was reduced To investigate role cell carcinogenesis, plasmid introduced into lines function examined. Colony-forming assays showed restoration cells significantly suppressed proliferation. Analysis by flow cytometry number S phase cycle concomitant with expression, apoptosis maintained at low level. Microarray western blot analyses revealed selectively up-regulated N-ras p27 expression. mediating TIPE2-associated growth inhibition verified siRNA interference assay. proved an inhibitor growth, suggest might promote p27-associated signaling cascade leads to restored division. Our results provide new molecular mechanism which may regulate proliferation cells.
