摘要: Based on exposure frequency and intrinsic toxicity, lead (Pb) ranks one of the highest priority toxic materials. Continuous regulation environmental Pb has contributed to dramatically diminished levels Pb, for example, blood level Pb. However, safety is not established, as low-level still shows severe toxicity in high susceptible population late onset some diseases from early exposure. In present study, we focused food-borne found broad variations via food among countries. addition, there are genetic or ethnical Pb-targeted protective genes. Moreover, various epigenetic alterations were induced by poisoning. Therefore, suggest a systemic approach including governmental (public) individual prevention with continuous biological monitoring consideration.
