摘要: Cytolytic T Iymphocytes (CTL) have been shown to mediate immune protection and rejection responses in animal tumor models. recognize not intact proteins, but protein-derived peptides presented by HLA molecules on the cell surface. HLA-associated originate from proteins of any cellular location. This allows cells survey organism for alteration occurring intracellularly opens up an enormous variety potential target antigens. For these reasons T-cell-defined antigens are considered as promising candidates targeted immunotherapy.
