摘要: Abstract Sorafenib, a molecular targeted multi-kinase inhibitor, has received considerable interests in recent years due to its significant profiles of efficacy cancer therapy. However, poor pharmacokinetic properties such as limited water solubility, rapid elimination and metabolism lead low bioavailability, restricting further clinical application. Over the past decade, with substantial progress achieved development nanotechnology, various types smart sorafenib nanoformulations have been developed improve targetability well bioavailability sorafenib. In this review, we summarize aspects from preparation characterization evaluation antitumor numerous stimuli-responsive nanodelivery systems, particularly emphasis on their mechanism drug release tumor microenvironment response. addition, review makes great effort nanosystem-based combination therapy other agents, which can provide detailed information for synergistic final section also discussion future challenges prospects designing developing ideal
