摘要: Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have been widely studied and applied in the field of tumor diagnosis treatment because their special fundamental properties. In order to make AuNPs more suitable for treatment, natural properties interrelationships between these should be systematically profoundly understood. The were discussed from two aspects: physical chemical. Among AuNPs, localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR), radioactivity high X-ray absorption coefficient are used tumors. As an advantage over many other chemicals, can form stable chemical bonds with S-and N-containing groups. This allows attach a wide variety organic ligands or polymers specific function. These modifications endow outstanding biocompatibility, targeting drug delivery capabilities. this review, we summarized physicochemical intrinsic relationships. Then latest research advancements developments basic clinical trials using summarized. Further, difficulties overcome possible solutions process laboratory application discussed. Finally, possibility applying results was estimated. We hope provide reference peer researchers better utilize excellent gold oncotherapy.
