摘要: Skeletal dysplasias are a heterogeneous group of disorders caused by abnormalities in the growth and development bone and/or cartilage. Most result short stature, with height more than 2 standard deviations below population mean for given age. Spinal manifestations common patients skeletal [7]. Dysplasias currently associated spinal deformity include achondroplasia, chondrodysplasia punctata, diastrophic dysplasia, Kniest Larsen syndrome, metaphyseal chondrodysplasias, metatropic dwarfi sm, mucopolysaccharidoses, pseudoachondroplasia, spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita tarda, spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia.
