摘要: Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) is a heterogeneous collection of cells contained within adipose tissue that traditionally isolated using enzymes such as collagenase. With the removal cells, connective and blood from lipoaspirate, comes SVF, mix including mesenchymal stem endothelial precursor T regulatory macrophages, smooth muscle pericytes preadipocytes. In part 1 our 2-part series, we review literature with regards to intensifying interest has shifted toward this mixture particularly due its component synergy translational potential. Trials assessing regenerative potential cultured Adipose Derived Stem Cells (ADSCs) SVF demonstrate comparably effective in treating conditions ranging radiation injuries, burn wounds diabetes, amongst others. Aside their use chronic conditions, enrichment fat grafts proven major advance maintaining graft volume viability. Many studies are currently preclinical phases or moving human trials. Overall, cell therapy based on at an early investigative stage but for clinical application enormous.
