摘要: We examine the application of Josephson radiation emitters to spectral calibration single-photon-resolving detectors. junctions are patterned in a YBCO film on bicrystal sapphire substrate and voltage controlled generate frequency range 0.05-1 THz. The detector used this work consists gate-defined quantum-dot photon-to-charge transducer coupled single-electron transistor. Both emitter equipped with matching on-chip wide-band antenna. combination tuneable allows us determine efficacy also analyze elementary processes involved detection.
