Concepts for high resolution space based SAR/ISAR systems: Preliminary design considerations

摘要: Abstract : The paper reflects some results of preliminary feasibility considerations for a next generation space based multi-mode SAR/ISAR system. Key element SAR systems, as currently designed future remote sensing applications, is the active phased array antenna. Based on this antenna technology, new operational modes are discussed, which not and also in ERS-1 era will be available earth observation from space.
