摘要: We have measured the concentration dependence of transmission conduction electron spin resonance linewidth copper doped with Li, Zn, Ga, Ge, As, Ni, and Ti. In each case, we find a linear which allows us to determine spin-flip cross-section, σsf, for impurity. These cross-sections, together those deduced from data previously published other impurities (both magnetic not), form useful body results allow one test scattering models. an overall agreement our values σsf transition metal estimates based on Friedel virtual bound state model, including spin-orbit interaction. For specific (Zn, As) that σ sf is determined by charge contrast between impurity host as was noted earlier similar studies Li Na Asik, Ball, Slichter. A particular situation present in copper, interpreted « hole », which, results, confirm difference relevant parameter σsf.
