摘要: A glucose biosensor was developed based on cytochrome c (Cyt c) and oxidase (GOD) co-entrapped gold nanoparticles (AuNPs)–chitosan (CHIT) nanocomposites which were constructed glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by one-step electrodeposition. The surrounding Cyt around GOD provided a biocompatible microenvironment to keep GOD's biological activity. Simultaneously, the AuNPs–CHIT roughened surface with large surface-to-volume ratio greatly amplify coverage of GOD–Cyt molecules good conductivity realize direct electron transfer (DET) GOD. showed wide detection range, low limit, stability high sensitivity. Thus, this study not only successfully achieved DET GOD, but also satisfactory point-of-care monitoring.
