摘要: Injection of corticosterone into CBA/Lac, C57BL/6J and BALB/c mice, or hydrocortisone aggressive domesticated rats, on days 16 18 pregnancy decreased the weight sexual glands in adult male offspring mothers but increased these values CBA/Lac mothers. When injected pregnant affected testosterone levels 21-day-old fetuses. The changes were also genotype-dependent followed course accessory sex adults. It is suggested that glucocorticoids given during prenatal period can effect plasma fetuses development a manner.
