摘要: By means of in vitro phagocytosis it was demonstrated that macrophage-like blood cells an invertebrate (amoebocytes the pond snail Lymnaea stagnalis) possess cytophilic receptors for foreignness. These are lectin molecules which reversibly bound to surface cells. Phagocytosis is dependent, beyond recognition foreignness, on temperature and pH, feeding condition snails.
