摘要: Abstract Copper and twelve different copper base dilute alloys (Ni, Si, Ge Sn) are irradiated with fusion neutrons from RTNS-II at 300–723 K, up to 6 × 10 22 n/m 2 . Roles of free defects detected by the comparison defect structures as thin foil those bulk, analysis on structure in pure gives keV sub-cascade energy. The direct formation vacancy clustered cascade damage is enhanced oversized solutes. Oversized solutes well undersized enhance interstitial type dislocation loops reducing mobility stabilizing loop nucleus. Existance or non-existance near a good criteria bordering condition for formation. Well grown voids observed 563 but they not formed all at%.
