摘要: The application of Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FTICR) mass spectrometry to the analysis polypeptide mixtures resulting from proteolytic digestion is described. A new 11.5-T FTICR spectrometer has been applied for tryptic protein bovine serum albumin (BSA). improved frequency stability and reduced shifts observed over a wide range trapped population sizes provide ability signal average spectra without degrading measurement accuracy, requiring internal calibration or advanced data processing schemes compensate variations in signals brought about by different sizes. total 100 were signal-averaged leading observation 123 isotope distributions with signal-to-noise ratio greater than 3:1.
