摘要: The conflict of water environment protection and economic development has brought severe pollution restricted the sustainable in watershed. A risk explicit interval linear programming (REILP) method was used to solve integrated watershed environmental-economic optimization problem. Interval (ILP) REILP models for uncertainty-based environmental at scale were developed management Lake Fuxian watershed, China. Scenario analysis introduced into model solution process ensure practicality operability schemes. Decision makers’ preferences levels can be expressed through inputting different discrete aspiration level values three periods under two scenarios. Through balancing optimal system returns corresponding risks, decision makers develop an efficient industrial restructuring scheme based directly on window “low high return efficiency” trade-off curve. representative schemes turning points scenarios interpreted compared identify a preferable planning alternative, which relatively low risks nearly maximum benefits. This study provides new insights proposes tool, REILP, effectively management.
