摘要: Abstract Whenever selective deuterium labelling is easily performed a new proficiency given to FT 119Sn NMR by the determination of angular dependence 3J(SnD). Using model molecules with structures being checked other methods, 3J(SnD) has been shown follow Karplus-like relationship. Illustrative examples for qualitative and quantitative analysis diastereoisomeric organotin compounds are described. This method allows instance, fast convenient stereochemistry alkene deutero- hydro-stannations.
