摘要: Abstract The deposition of undoped, aluminum and/or holmium doped and co-doped zinc oxide thin films on different substrates was achieved using a very simple versatile aqueous solution method. effect the precursor concentration morphological structural characteristics, as well optical properties undoped ZnO also investigated.
