Agronomic association of Vrn, Ppd, Rht genes and identified QTLs under contrasting tillage conditions in wheat

摘要: Improved varieties have played important role in higher yield realization tandem with improved management practices. Conservation agriculture as an environment for production requires adaptive variety to further the gain. Higher effect of along equally G×E makes selection on basis phenotypic traits more risky and less rewarding. Molecular markers lesser independent stage condition their expression present attractive option breeders improve efficiency. Various Vrn, Ppd Rht genes number QTLs identified by researchers wheat. Genotypes showing differential adaptiveness were grown under three contrasting environments generated different tillage-sowing methods. Gene specific scored genotypes grouped per profile. Grouping was correlated grouping, though not so strongly, environments, picking conservation one node adapted conventional tillage another node. Contrasting pool created its growing does show any differentiating ability therefore validation before use breeding programme.
