摘要: Abstract Several theoretical and empirical investigations are described that concerned with the theory of knowledge spaces introduced by Doignon Falmagne (1985). The applicability this approach is evaluated for various domains, including elementary stochastics, continuation number series, simple electrical circuits, chess, geometry triangles. It argued method used most efficiently if problem structures derived from psychological hypotheses or assumptions, e.g., a skill assignment task analysis. An extension proposed allows it to explain students' errors mental misconceptions. Finally, first results simulation study, in which properties diagnostic algorithm based on investigated, reported.
