摘要: This study concerns modeling, approximation and inference of gene regulatory dynamics on the basis expression patterns. The dynamical behavior expressions is represented by a system ordinary differential equations. We introduce gene-interaction matrix with some nonlinear entries, in particular, quadratic polynomials levels to keep solvable. model parameters are determined using optimization. Then, we provide time-discrete our time-continuous model. Finally, from considered models derive networks, discuss their qualitative features for analyzing networks connections.
