Levels of Organohalogenated Pollutants in Human Milk Samples from Konya City, Turkey

摘要: This study reports the levels of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs, α-, β-, γ- and Δ-HCHs, p,p′-DDE, p,p′-DDD p,p′-DDT), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs, PCB 28, 52, 101, 153, 138 180 congeners) polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs, PBDE 47, 99, 100, 153 154 in 45 individual human milk samples collected from Konya City, Turkey. Average concentrations ΣHCHs, ΣDDTs, ΣPCBs ΣPBDEs were 22.62, 37.10, 104.95 67.34 ng/g lipid wt., respectively. No significant differences investigated pollutants found between primiparous multiparous mothers. There was no correlation each group age Moreover, there difference mothers who have eaten fish more than once a week those consumed less once. An analysis infant exposure to DDTs, HCHs PCBs via mother's indicated that estimated daily intakes these below guideline proposed by World Health Organization (WHO) Canada which means is definitely concern on children health.
