摘要: Anchorage-independent growth of cells in soft agar is one the hallmark characteristics cellular transformation and uncontrolled cell growth. It may be considered as most stringent assays for detecting malignant cells. Here, we describe a retroviral infection library small secretory proteins use assay to obtain study novel interacting protein combinations that cause transformation.
