摘要: Follow-up studies of human organs with certain abnormalities are necessary to monitor the effect therapy and extent recovery. But, current approaches limited subjective estimation by physicians. In this paper, we present a comparative visualization objective analysis system for long-term follow-up using cardiac MR images. This uses dynamic models in order effectively analyze huge datasets acquired at different times applies data hierarchy that is proper managing multi-dimensional images, analyzed parameters each patient. The proposed provides various quantitative functions global local diagnostic ventricles based on physical properties heart.
