摘要: Analysis is made of wind and wave data, which were obtained during the passage Typhoon 8013 at an Ocean Data Buoy Station south Honshu operated by Japan Meteorological Agency, in order to investigate dependence sea-surface roughness parameter situation where waves are dominant with less significant swells. The data fit better wave-dependent expression stress,z 0 σ p/u*=γ, than Charnock's formula,gz 0/u*2=β, wherez 0 length,σ p angular frequency spectral peak waves,u* friction velocity air,g acceleration gravity,γ andβ non-dimensional constants. results very similar those our previous study using from oil producing platform Bass Strait, Australia, although type observation system synoptic winds totally different.
