摘要: The carbon coating in carbon-encapsulated magnetic nanoparticles is considered as a tight and impermeable barrier which should perfectly protect the core material from external chemical environment. To study integrity of coating, iron were subjected to corrosion tests, various agents used. Several mineral organic acids, well active gaseous environments with oxidation potential, applied. Additionally, resistance was studied under so-called galvanic corrosion, using two metal ions (copper silver) have higher redox potential than zero-valent iron. release morphology, structural features, composition, properties systematically monitored at each stage process. largest Fe encapsulate observed when nitric acid used agent.
