摘要: We examined social participation in organized clubs and groups from childhood to adolescence a sample of young people Dunedin, New Zealand. Groups were broadly categorized as "sports" "cultural/youth" groups. While the results indicated high levels with decline over ensuing adolescent years, path analyses suggested strong continuities time. Both family "active-recreational" orientation (ARO) "intellectual-cultural" (ICO) predicted participation, mediated effects disadvantage on participation. Participation was significantly related attachment parents, friends school/workplace, well self-perceived strengths, after controlling for early support, peer literacy. The effect is widen "social convoy" which are exposed strengthening relationships within that convoy.
