Determination of Solubility of a Metastable Polymorph

摘要: A method based on dissolution rate measurement was developed to obtain solubility data for rapidly reverting solid states. Experimental tests of the showed it be valid. Solubility and thermodynamic sulfathiazole II I in 95 per cent alcohol were obtained. Other applications are discussed.
