摘要: Abstract The exhaust emissions of carbon monoxide (CO) and dioxide (CO 2 ) from a natural gas fuelled spark ignition engine have been evaluated. A production, four-cylinder, eight-valve, 1.4-l, flexible fuel equipped with commercial kit was tested in bench dynamometer. tests were carried out simulating the standard emission test cycle U.S. FTP-75. results demonstrate that substantially reduces CO comparison gasoline, falling below current regulated limit even without use catalytic converter. Use also reduced to level average European fleet.
