摘要: The automated diagnosis of cervical cancer in Pap smear images is a difficult though extremely important procedure. In order to obtain reliable diagnostic information, the nuclei and their characteristics must be correctly identified evaluated. However, presence inflammatory overlapping cells these complicates detection process. this work, segmentation algorithm developed extract enable accurate detection. proposed based on combination gray level thresholding definition distance rule, which entails identification cells. results indicate that our method significantly simplifies process, as it reduces number may interfere.
