摘要: Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) is a therapeutic framework that appears promising to reduce suicidal ideation cognition. CAMS has not previously been evaluated in standard specialized mental health care setting for patients with problems general. In this pragmatic randomized controlled trial (RCT) we will investigate if more effective than treatment as usual (TAU) reducing thoughts behaviors. Effects also be investigated on symptom relief general upon readmissions inpatient units. The study multicenter, observer-blinded, superiority, two-armed RCT which include from four clinical departments at Vestre Viken Hospital Trust, Norway. We aim 100 moderate strong problems, defined by score 13 or Beck’s Scale Suicide Ideation - Current. Patients are included regardless diagnosis. Randomization performed using stratified four-block procedure unit the stratification variable. duration vary depending patients’ needs assessments. interviewed research staff checkpoints: baseline, 2 weeks, 6 months, 12 months. Central outcome measures Beck Current, Outcome Questionnaire – 45, Attempt Self-Injury Count. This effectuated within Public Health Care System Norway, where have multiple diagnoses therapists high work load.
