摘要: Abstract Porous Si3N4-based ceramics with different pore morphologies were prepared choosing Si3N4 and Al2O3 poly-hollow microspheres (PHMs) as pore-forming agents. The phase compositions, mechanical properties of the samples investigated. SEM results show that intact PHMs distribute uniformly in green body. However, after sintering process, basal body is fibrous still exist, while dense disappear. In addition, have due to their microstructures.
