摘要: Abstract A lack of adequate lumbopelvic movement control has been suggested as an underlying mechanism contributing to the development and persistence low back pain lower limb pathologies. The purpose this study was assess within between session reliability (i.e. ability discriminate subjects), agreement whether scores are identical on repeated measures) kinematics in sagittal plane during functional tasks. Kinematics were measured with a portable inertial measurement unit system. Twenty healthy subjects (mean age = 22 (±3.6) years, 15 females) performed four tasks two occasions, five seven days apart: standing bow (SB), lifting box from floor (LIFT), stance-to-sit-to-stance (SIT) placing overhead shelf (OVERH). Participants asked keep lumbar spine neutral lordosis maximal deviations starting position for hip calculated. Intraclass correlations (ICCs), standard errors (SEM), minimal detectable changes 95% limits used agreement. SB LIFT substantially reliable (ICC = 0.89–0.96), SIT moderately (ICC = 0.69–0.92) OVERH fairly (ICC = 0.40–0.67). SEMs ranged 1.1° 3.1° 0.7° 4.8° hip. Based substantial acceptable agreement, most appropriate quantify
