摘要: In a competitive environment, those enterprises that always look forward and implement customer-winning supply chain competencies are more profitable than do not have such. Existing approaches considered customers’ needs in the supplier selection negotiation processes. This paper aims to present systematic agent-based framework for based on case-based reasoning approach evaluate material offers, negotiate with suppliers customers price, volume, quality grade, delivery date of materials. The main objective this research is take into consideration provide them alternative products which closest their first order if was out stock or they couldn’t get from suppliers. Based proposed framework, numerical example known case study illustrated highlighting effectiveness approach.
