摘要: Degradable hydrogels crosslinked with disulfide bonds were prepared by Michael addition between amine groups of branched polyethylenimine and carbon–carbon double N,N′-bis(acryloyl)cystamine. The influences the chemical composition resulted on their properties examined in terms morphology, surface area, swelling kinetics, degradation. uniformly degraded into water-soluble polymers presence reducing agent dithiothreitol, which improved control over release encapsulated drug. degradation can trigger molecules, as well facilitate removal empty vehicles. Results obtained from vitro drug suggested that exhibited an accelerated dithiothreitol-containing PBS buffer solution. Moreover, rate decreased gradually increasing crosslinking density. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Chem 47: 4074–4082,
