Dual chamber laser ion source at LISOL

摘要: A new type of gas cell for the resonance ionization laser ion source at Leuven Isotope Separator On Line (LISOL) has been developed and tested under off-line on-line conditions. Two-step selective is applied to produce purified beams radioactive isotopes. The selectivity increased by more than one order magnitude separation stopping regions. This allows use electrical fields further purification.
