摘要: Abstract In premixed flames of most hydrocarbon fuels, there is only one stage heat release. However, two-stage release occurs in nitromethane/air under certain conditions. this study, numerical simulations were conducted for one-dimensional planar and spherical at different initial temperatures (423∼800 K), pressures (0.5∼10 atm) equivalence ratios (0.5∼1.3). Using the flame, we investigated characteristics identified elementary reactions involved these two stages. It was found that occurrence strongly depends on ratio single-stage very fuel-lean mixture. To demonstrate key second release, modified original chemical mechanism compared results predicted by mechanisms. The to be mainly caused reaction NO+H→N+OH. propagating assessed impact determination laminar flame speed. positive burned gas speed induced shown affect accuracy determined traditional method neglecting using density equilibrium condition. Alternative methods proposed used correct experimental data reported literature.
