摘要: Abstract Background: Changes of albumin conformation flexibility and binding characteristics in plasma products can be determined by electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR) with probes as reporter molecules. Methods: Quality transport was analyzed different processed units using a new ESR method which provides estimation properties examination molecular structure changes. Results: In serum healthy donors could not obtained any abnormalities. Transport function influenced various methods collection, preparation, filtration. Evident are changes capacity fatty acid sites ordering bound substrates. respiratory detoxification efficiency is decreased between 30% 70% all FFP compared to control values. Conclusions: used quality test for plasma. The technique has big potential determination macromolecules global tumor marker donor screening.
