摘要: Publisher Summary This report deals with the chemical anatomy of human postmortem “normal” (control) white matter, as well normal-appearing matter and areas demyelinating (plaque tissue) in a primary disease (multiple sclerosis). An attempt is made to correlate concentration selected constituents within an anatomical space plaque tissue. Furthermore, some tests evaluate blood–brain barrier multiple sclerosis tissue presented. The chapter lists various methods including, patient material, histological methods, water total lipid determination, hemoglobin, gangliosides, hydroxyproline, etc. Two types experiments test blood-white or brain also described.
