摘要: Abstract Nitric oxide (NO) is generated by the NO synthase family of isozymes, which present in many mammalian cells. The constitutive isozymes generate NO, acts via signal transduction mechanisms regulation functions including vascular tone and blood pressure, inducible mediate immunological cytotoxic cytostatic effects.
