摘要: The objective of this study was to examine the trends in specialty chemical industry that have led rising number agile practices and “virtual” organizations. current state is also presented. An company can be defined as an enterprise capable operating profitably a competitive environment continually, unpredictably, changing customer opportunities. five most prevalent summarized as, entering niche markets through custom chemicals manufacturing, improving relationships with suppliers (also, lean manufacturing practice), formation strategic partnerships, adaptation advanced technology/research, emergence firms. Examples case studies from other authors are cited commented upon respect these practices. In addition, actual results small firm been used ascertain level agility utilizes. A comparison company's literature reveals how small‐intermediate size manufacturer properly implement many position itself for growth competitiveness its category class.
