Methods of analysis of polar aromatic sulfonates from aquatic environments

摘要: Methods for the analysis of aromatic sulfonates, such as linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS) and (amino- hydroxy-substituted) benzene naphthalene from aqueous media are reviewed. All analytical steps including extraction water, clean-up co-extracted substances, chromatographic separation detection, methods identification these compound classes described discussed. The techniques employed solid-phase extraction, various modes high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), capillary electrophoresis, gas (GC), GC-mass spectrometry, chromatography-mass continuous flow- flow injection-mass spectroscopic methods. A remarkable gap becomes obvious between novel developed with standard mixtures those readily employable environmental analysis. Finally, suggestions future developments given.
