摘要: The hydroxyl radical, one of the reactive oxygen species, has unpaired electron in structure, so that it tends to deprive other substances an which is so-called oxidation. In this context, we have conducted a research develop disinfection techniques utilizing artificially generated radicals. We adopted photolysis H2O2, sonolysis water and photo-chemical reaction as generators A series studies microbicidal activity was sufficient bacteria experimental biofilm well planktonic fungi within short-treatment time. addition, safety aspect confirmed vivo study literature review. Thus, suggested treatment can be applicable medical/dental therapy novel treatments.
