摘要: It is well known that Cu(II) can coordinate with L-alanine (Cu–Ala), which be destroyed through the addition of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) since GPT effectively catalyze conversion into keto-acetic acid. As a result, free ion combine bovine serum albumin (BSA) and in turn quench fluorescence BSA. In this context, simple sensitive activity detection via quenching method has been developed. The intensity system shows linear relationship concentration range 5 400 U L−1 limit down to 3 (S/N = 3). Avoiding any labels or complicated operations, cost-effective convenient holds potential for rapid diagnosis GPT-related diseases.
